Order Processing

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email within 1 business day.

Orders are processed and packed within 3–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.

*We’re currently shipping to the US, Canada, France, German, Spain, UK, Hong Kong, Japan, and South Korea. We’re planning to expand to more countries soon. Stay tuned!

 

Shipping Methods & Carriers

Standard: Korea Post EMS, DHL eCommerce
Delivery time: 10–14 business days

We reserve the right to select the carrier based on destination and package weight/size. If you require a specific carrier, please contact us before ordering.

 

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Shipping fees are calculated by weight, dimensions, and service level, and displayed at checkout.

Free Standard Shipping:
Orders with a merchandise subtotal of USD 60 or more qualify for free Standard shipping. Expedited services remain chargeable even if the order meets the free-shipping threshold.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All import duties, customs fees, VAT, or brokerage charges levied by U.S. customs authorities are the customer’s responsibility.

We declare the full value of each shipment on the customs forms. Understating values is prohibited by law.

 

Order Tracking

Once your package ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear on the carrier’s website.

 

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please keep all packaging and contact us by email at support@casettee.com within 7 days of delivery so we can assist with a claim.

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 10 days of the “delivered” date. We will investigate with the carrier and, if covered, arrange a replacement or refund.

To ensure smooth delivery, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address in the following format (for returns to Korea):
